Production Process of Silica Sol Investment Casting

1. Aspergillus flavus.

To produce castings, silica sol casting manufacturers produce molds. Before implementing the actual process, the manufacturer will design and make test pieces according to the construction drawings provided by the customer, and then make molds according to the engineering drawings.

2. Wax type.

Melt the forming wax into liquid, and then pour it into the thermal insulation equipment. The construction steel is immersed in hydrochloric acid by silica sol casting, and then subjected to sand blasting, coring and shot blasting for secondary inspection. In case of any waste, the pouring process shall be restarted.
