1. Sand forging is preferred because of its low cost, simple production process and short production cycle compared with other forging methods. When the wet mold cannot meet the requirements, the clay sand dry sand consolidation mold, dry sand mold or other sand molds shall be considered. The net weight of castings forged by clay wet sand mold can range from several kilograms to tens of kilograms, while castings produced by clay semi dry mold can weigh about tens of tons.

2. The method of stainless steel precision casting manufacturers should be consistent with that of mass production. Gravity casting, aluminum die casting, squeeze casting and other forging methods are suitable for mass production because of the high price of equipment and molds.

3. The modeling design method shall be suitable for the factory standard. For the production of large and medium-sized machine tool bed and other castings, the core assembly molding design method is generally adopted, instead of making appearance and sandbox, the word core is assembled in the pit; In other factories, sandbox modeling design method is used to make the appearance. Different types of stainless steel investment casting companies have different production standards (including machinery, equipment, places, employee code of conduct, etc.), production habits, and accumulated experience. According to this condition, we must consider what products are suitable for doing and what products are not suitable (or not) for doing.

4. The investment casting method should have both the cost and the precision grade of the casting.
