针对中小型军工精密铸造件，可以采取水准分析或竖直分析的无箱髙压造型机生产线、实型造型生产高效率也高，占地总面积也比较少；针对中件可以选用各种各样有箱髙压造型机生产线、气冲造型线，以满足迅速、高精密造型生产线规定，造芯方法可以选用：冷芯盒、热芯盒、壳芯等高效率制芯方法。
中等水平批量的大中型铸件可以选择运用树脂自硬砂造型和造芯。
散件小批生产的精密铸造模具，手工制作造型仍是不可或缺的方法，手工制作造型适应于各种各样繁杂的规定比较灵活，没有要求许多工艺装备。能够运用水玻璃砂型、VRH法水玻璃砂型、有机化学酯硅酸钠自硬砂型、黏土半干型、树脂自硬砂型及混凝土砂模等；针对散件生产的超重型铸件，选用底坑造型法低成本，建成投产快。
