在我国硅溶胶精密铸造加工业应使用绿色经济的发展模式
选用绿色经济的发展模式，创建资源节省、环境友好的铸造行业是节能降耗的一条有效途径。铸造生产中的各类炉窑是耗费资源的大户人家，都是环境污染的根源。充足利用铸造生产中的窑炉余热回收能够减少能耗。例如山东某工厂将熔铝炉余热回收引进到烘房对喷涂后铸造件开展烘干处理，达到节约资源效果。利用熔铝炉余热回收加温饮用水。依照德国人观点：废弃物便是放错了地区物品。碳钢精密铸造生产过程中的废弃物减药、再利用、再次循环、再生产应获得重视。据了解乱倒一吨废砂成本高过选购新砂成本费，并且再造后砂各项指标并不逊于新砂。就现在中国新砂价格与再造后砂成本费进行对比，再造成本费仅为新砂的三分之一。大量煤灰通过粒化处理可作为生产制造混凝土的原材料无疑是降低污染排放的好办法。
