复合型型壳铸件品质可靠性比硅酸钠好，但比不上硅溶胶型壳。复合型型壳不可以应用中温蜡料。中温蜡不可以应用开水脱腊。复合型型壳因为选用价贵的锆英粉作整体面层，其型壳成本费是硅酸钠型壳的4.5倍，若背层选用锆刚玉砂粉，其型壳成本费与硅溶胶型壳成本费相差无异，其低成本的优点并不显著。
不锈钢精密铸造加工工艺简易说成用易熔原材料，商品能做成可熔性实体模型，其上涂敷若干层特性的防火建筑涂料，通过硬底化和干躁产生一个总体的型壳后，在使用开水或是蒸气从型壳中熔掉实体模型。
不锈钢精密铸造的规格精度较高，商品的消失模铸造的加工工艺全过程繁杂，那样就同时危害其铸件规格精度的要素较多，型壳在加温或者制冷全过程中的线量转变，其铝合金的缩水率及其在凝结的过程中铸件的形变。
