铸件构造：锻造时要全方位考虑到铸件的构造，样子，大中型，壁厚，硅溶胶精密铸造件以及衔接等危害铸件液态和固体收拢的要素，挑选合理的技术主要参数，避免缩松铸造缺陷等焊接缺陷。铸件的浇冒口控制系统设计要有效，若要选择冷铁等技术对策，其放置的位置要有效，既要确保铸件內部机构的高密度性，又要尽量减少应力集中的状况造成。
冶炼：军工硅溶胶精密铸造厂家冶炼全过程中，尽可能减少P，S等有危害原素的含量，减少N，H，O等汽体和参杂物含量。根据使用低磷钢正中间铝合金，能够发挥不错的实际效果；隔热保温：根据适度增加铸件在砂型中的保溫時间，主要是操纵拆箱溫度小于70℃，确保铸件在砂型中充足进行液态和固体收拢，防止外力作用要素导致应力集中的情形产生精密铸件。
