精密铸造配件表面品质评析如下所示：
1.铸件表面粗糙度必须符合GB6060.1锻造表面粗糙度较为样块的相关规定。
2.铸件需抛光加工的表面按GB6060.4的规定执行。
3.铸件需抛丸,喷砂处理的表面按GB6060.5的规定执行。
4.铸件不允许有裂痕,欠铸,松散,汽泡和任何穿透力缺点。
5.铸件不允许有擦破,凹痕,缺肉和网状结构毛边等腰三角形缺点。
6.铸件的进胶口,毛边,溢流口,隔皮等应清洗干净,但容许留出印痕。
7.螺纹孔内开始旋紧四个牙距以内不允许有瑕疵。
8.在不改变铸件应用条件下,当征求买方允许,供货方能够对蜡模精密铸造件开展浸渗和修复(如补焊,形变校整等)解决，经修复处理后的压铸件应做对应的产品质量检验。
9.铸件内表面表面粗糙度为：25um。
