在铸钢件中，机械设备铸件的种类繁多，样子构造繁琐，质量标准、使用量等多种因素对铸钢件都有一定的危害。在很多碳钢精密铸造件的生产中，都是采用铸造方法。在锻造环节中，壳型精密铸造件表面发生裂痕、夹渣、洗沙等缺点比较常见。结论铸件的外观检查比较差，不但增强了清除量，并且增强了深度加工工作量。和国外铸件外观对比，拥有显著的差别。在铸钢件的生产过程中，不但需要注意产品质量问题，需注意商品外观。以下属于精密铸造表面粗糙一些主要原因:
1、型砂、芯沙粒渡过粗。
2、砂模、砂芯密度低或不匀。
3、模仁镀层质量不好，涂层厚度不均匀，涂层脱落。
4、浇筑温度与浇筑相对高度太高，金属材料气体压力高。
5、上壳体或直浇道杯相对高度太高，金属材料静水压高。
