我们可以细细想想，在材料没有被充分溶解的情况下，肯定会存在一边硬一遮软的情况，而没有充分馆嚴就开始进行洗注，那么就会在成型时出现形状不规律，甚至有较大的毛边，我凸起块状物，旦还会影的产品部件的密度，对产品内部结构和质量造成影油，这样就会产生成品，不管是对我们生产来说，还是客户使用来说，都会额外增加了使用成本。
所以我们在进行熔模水玻璃铸造时，就要用先进的科学仪器观象和检测炉内温度交化，严格的控制炉内温度，对造出好的产品而吉至关重要。我们会根招的不同型号，如304的焰点为1398-1454度，201型号焙点为650度，314型号的焰点为950度，316型号的焰点又是1100度，每种不同型号的水玻璃铸造加工焰点都不一样，我们需要根据待定型号作出使用相对应该型号的温度进行焰款，确保在加热至出炉的过程中温度的控制，我们在浇注成型时的成品车柠大幅提升。
