1、能提高金属复合材料的使用率
熔模铸造能明显降低新产品的成型表面和相互配合表面的加工量，节约生产加工台时与刀具原材料的耗费。能够回收废旧金属原材料：消失模铸造模具车间浇冒口和废高精密铸钢件范围内回收利用，因此能进一步提高金属复合材料的使用率。
