精密铸造钢件的生产工艺流程铸造法具备原材料广泛的特性，能够生产制造出各种高精密铸钢件、各种各样铝合金型材、有色金属及其钵铝合金等铸造件。针对像平常生铁等可塑性比较差的延性合金制品，专业硅溶胶精密铸造都是惟一切实可行的成形加工工艺。铸钢件具有一定的加工精度，在一般情况下，要比一般的铸钢件、焊件的成形规格准确。并且铸钢件生产生产成本低、综合性经济发展性价比高、针对能源材料的损耗及费用全是其他金属材料成形方式所不及的。
铸钢件的熔点高，对应的其浇筑温度也很高。高温环境钢水与铸型原材料相互影响，非常容易造成夹渣缺点。因而，应使用耐火性相对较高的人工合成石英沙做铸型，并且在铸型表层刷由灰钙或锆砂粉制得的建筑涂料。为了减少汽体由来、提升钢水流通性及铸型抗压强度，大多数铸钢件用半干型或速干型来铸造，如选用CO2硬化的水玻璃砂型。
