3. After the stainless steel plate is used, the cooling of the molten metal poured into the mold is slow, and the resulting casting grains are coarse, and the grooves between crystals will make the surface of large and medium-sized stainless steel precision casting accessories unsmooth.
4. To solve the problem of aluminum alloy modification, zircon and other fillers with better heat transfer are used to improve the cooling rate of the casting, make the crystal of the casting surface layer finer, and reduce the surface roughness of the casting.
5. The process parameters such as stainless steel material temperature, molten metal pouring temperature and tension, and vacuum value during pouring are harmful to the surface roughness of castings, especially the mold softening pouring temperature.
6. The relationship between temperature and pouring temperature of molten metal and the surface roughness of stainless steel precision casting process. With the increase of temperature and pouring temperature of molten metal, the mold filling characteristics of molten metal are improved, and the surface roughness is enhanced when the molten metal penetrates into the surface porosity.
