1. The ceramic type is completely poured by ceramic slurry. The production process is to first fix the pattern on the shape plate and coat the sandbox, then pour the stir fried ceramic slurry into the sandbox, start the mold after the adhesive hardens, and then turn it into metal mold casting after high-temperature baking.
2. Select the bushing, and pour ceramic slurry into the gap between the bushing and the pattern to produce metal mold casting. The bushing can be sand mold or metal mold. Pouring ceramic shell with bushing can save a lot of ceramic slurry, which is used more in manufacturing. The surface roughness of EPC castings can reach Ra10~1.25 μ m. The machining accuracy reaches 3~5 levels, which can achieve the effect of little or no grinding. The production cycle of ceramic mold casting is short, and the utilization rate of metal materials is high. Large castings can reach more than ten tons, which are mainly used for casting large and medium-sized thick wall pipe precision casting and various moulds such as stamping mould, forging mould, plastic mould, metal mould casting, die-casting mould and laminated glass mould for small batch production of casting parts. The service life of EPC sand abrasive tools can be compared with that of the abrasive tools made by machining, while the cost of raw materials is lower than that of the abrasive tools made by machining.
