What are the difficult problems of silica sol investment castings?

1、 The hammer is stuck. During casting, if the hammer gets stuck, the whole casting process will be interrupted. Therefore, in the casting process, the casting workers should regularly measure the temperature of the hammer head and the driver barrel to avoid the hammer being stuck due to too high temperature. It is worth mentioning that the use of high-quality aluminum alloy materials without impurities can prevent residues from sticking to the hammer, and can also effectively prevent the hammer from being stuck.

2、 The injection head is stuck in the gooseneck. In this case, it is necessary to wait until the temperature of the machine is reduced to normal temperature, try to rotate the hammer head. If it cannot rotate, remove and replace the driver barrel, and then remove the hammer head. However, immediately controlling the pot is much faster than using this method.

3、 Aluminum die-casting thin-walled products are the easiest to crack. When this happens, first of all, we should know whether there is any problem in material selection, and at the same time, we should inquire whether it is safe to set up basic manufacturing process parameters for abrasive tools. In the silica sol investment casting process, the proportion of waste should not exceed 30% as far as possible, and the mold retention time should also be reduced as far as possible.

4、 The material is hard, and the milling cutter is easy to be damaged. The casting material is hard. Before production, the CNC blade is very vulnerable to damage, which will not only damage the special casting tools, but also continue to increase the completion cycle time of silica sol precision casting accessories. In the work, the foundry workers can use the initial materials to prepare, and at the same time, choose the relatively high strength crystal cutter head.

5、 Aluminum alloy die castings will have black spots when polished. At this time, it can reduce the concentration value of paint spray or change to other paint spray, and at the same time, it can also fundamentally solve this casting defect by extending the duration of the hair dryer after painting.

6、 Metal material splashes. In aluminum die casting, sometimes metal materials are splashed. What can we do to solve this difficult problem? Reassemble the abrasive tools; Increase the clamping force and adjust the aluminum die-casting machine so that the moving and front mold mounting plates maintain parallel planes with each other; Lift the support plate on the rear formwork to improve the bending stiffness of the sleeve plate.
