During the manufacturing process of stainless steel precision casting, immediately pour the liquid in its indoor temperature and other dry and solid chemicals into its special shape casting mold, which is a medium level process of condensation forming. Most solids are then heated into liquid metals. The metal composite materials used include lead, copper, iron, aluminum and other materials. The raw materials of the mold can be metal materials, sand or porcelain, which need to be used according to different types of regulations, and the application methods are also different. This production method is called casting, and its metal mold can be gray iron or gray cast iron.

Temperature is a key factor to measure the quality of stainless steel investment castings. Many problems, such as mold temperature, mold insulation characteristics, cycle and operator methods, should be guided by accurate temperature measurements. In the process of casting, the temperature is not easy to grasp.

1、 The temperature of the forging heating furnace is unstable, so the temperature difference will also occur in the casting process, which will greatly affect the accuracy of the detection. The temperature control in compact casting is to use this temperature data information to find a temperature category that can define the casting quality.

2、 If nonstandard melting technology is applied in casting, it will also cause corresponding harm to temperature measurement. If the high steam pressure elements are connected and burned, the surface of the solution tank will vibrate or produce reflective products, which will cause deviation of the basic pyrometer.

3、 The measuring instrument itself lacks the ability of signal analysis, because each simulation and analog input data or digital to analog conversion between the measuring instrument and the control system will lead to deviation, so the wide range of temperature simulation will also lead to the reduction of measurement accuracy of stainless steel precision casting accessories.
