通过试验看到，盐酸氧化膜是决定精密铸造件氧化膜纯度和清晰度的主要原素。其薄厚、孔隙率、纯度、注浆加固品质等都可以立即影响铸造件的镜面效果，如氧化膜里面含有杂质过多时，其纯度就会减少，筒节清晰度就会降低。
因而，要确保精密铸造件的镜面处理实际效果，就必须要减少氧化膜里的杂质含量。因而，必需有效操纵塑料薄膜厚度、气孔率、纯度、密封品质，尽可能不受影响生产加工。
氧化膜里的杂质主要来源于精密铸造件自身，一部分来源于氧化浴。因而，适当降低碳钢精密铸造件中合金成分的含量，能够尽可能的减少杂质含量。与此同时，降低槽液中的杂质正离子，维持槽液新鲜的还可以提升氧化膜纯度。
