高精密铸造的型砂、芯砂中黏土、结合剂或易熔添加物太多，造成铸钢件阻燃性低，传热性差。
型砂和芯砂含有过多再生砂，再生砂内含有过多细沙粒、尘土、死黏土和铁包砂，因此型砂的烧结温度低。
拆箱出砂于事无补，产生固态热夹渣，尤其适用厚钢铸件跟高熔点合金精密铸造件。
形状记忆合金流通性好，表面支撑力低。如合金铜中磷、含铅量太高，铸钢件中磷、硅、锰的含量太高。
金属液里的金属氧化物和低熔点化学物质与型砂反映形成硅酸亚铁、孔雀石铁等低熔点化学物质，减少铸钢件的表面支撑力，提高流通性，使铸件的高熔点。-熔融化学物质熔融金属材料根据毛细作用体制渗透到砂缝。在入渗环节中，砂逐渐被腐蚀，导致砂隙扩张，导致砂的机器或有机化学黏着。
