黏度：在原料平稳、温度和混合标准的情形下，黏度反映了屺比。与此同时，枯度影响到了涂料的涂挂性与流通性，因而要将枯度保持在范围之内。充分考虑现阶段原料的供应状况，黏度以20~60秒最合适。
温度：温度对涂料黏度的影响很大，常保持在15~35℃。
比较合适的办法是：首先要求涂料的比重范围和温度范畴，再随之要求涂料的黏度范畴。
盐酸氧化膜是决定砂型精密铸造氧化膜相对高度甜美全透明的关键因素，它薄厚、气孔率、纯净度、注浆加固品质等都可以直接向铸造件的镜面效果造成影响，例如当氧化膜中含有的残渣较多得话，它纯净度就低，汽缸清晰度便会降低。因此要保证蜡模精密铸造件的镜面处理实际效果，就要降低氧化膜里的残渣成分，所以关于膜厚度、气孔率、纯净度、注浆加固品质等都要操纵有效，尽可能错误解决导致不良影响。
