原先的生产工艺流程为：压蜡后，压型板放进水里冷却30min后取下蜡模。砂型水玻璃铸造件用销轴穿2个Ф10．5mm的孔，因两孔不一样轴，销轴穿不进去，必须100％校准，并且变形没有一点规律性，巨大增强了校准任务量，比较严重拖后生产任务。对于上述情况，优化了加工工艺，通过测算，进行了10根Ф10.80-0.1mm的销轴，在抑制右页蜡模后，就把该销轴在Ф10.5mm孔处穿进蜡模，以后一并放进水里，冷却30min后取下，针对该蜡模进行了两种方式：一种是修蜡模之后直接组树，另一种是再在墙上粘一条压筋。硅溶胶水玻璃铸造件开发出来用销轴检验，仅有1件两孔略倾斜，其他则符合实际规定，此1件倾斜的右页，稍一校准就可以符合规定。经分类，发觉第1种方法未粘压筋的就已达到制造规定，可资金投入大批量生产。
